We’re able to do this by leveraging our supportive network of mentors, coaches and consultants to challenge our own blind spots and offer insight from a depth and variety of experience across industries. We take a multi disciplinary approach to creating innovative solutions to our client’s challenges and meet their objectives.
Coaching
Drawing from both personal and professional experience in wilderness therapy, coaching and leadership training, our coaching services are tailored alongside individual and organizational need and are focussed on the interconnectedness of professional and personal development. Coaching sessions draw from a wide variety of therapeutic, philosophical and experiential approaches to challenge, support and engage clients.
Consulting
Sojourn Consulting is committed to advancing the hospitality, eco-adventure tourism, wilderness therapy and experiential education industries. We accomplish this through providing innovative consulting solutions to increase the experiential quality, safety, effectivity, engagement and sustainability of national and international organizations. We believe that each organization will have its own unique set of challenges and areas requiring support, as such we don’t offer predefined services but rather prefer to clearly define a project, service or position contract. We do offer remote support, on site visits and in person support depending on client need, budget, and schedule.
