Mission

Sojourn Consulting & Coaching exists to help people and systems grow through real experience. We provide coaching and consulting that builds clarity, steadiness, and capacity in fields where the work is meaningful, complex, and often emotionally demanding.

Our focus is on individuals and teams focussed on experiential services, education, outdoor leadership, behavioral health, and mission-driven organizations—those who carry responsibility for others while sustaining their own well-being and professional identity.
