Our coaching approach is comprised of a strong combination of collaborative exploration, compassion and blunt honesty that’s been honed over a decade of work in the intersections of mental health and the outdoors. We’re most interested in transformative results through an action-oriented approach.     Individual Session

    One-on-one coaching sessions are designed for individuals seeking personal growth, clarity, and emotional well-being. Sessions blend clinically informed approaches, experiential learning creating opportunities for clients to develop greater connections through a multidisciplinary approach. We collaboratively build a coaching plan utilizing a framework tailored to infividual goals and life utilize tools such as 12 Life Domains, By engaging in nature-based activities and therapeutic exercises between sessions, clients gain insights and develop strategies to overcome challenges, set personal goals, and improve their connection to self, purpose, and live their life with structure, clarity and intention.

    Addiction Services

    Professional coaching focuses on helping individuals assess and enhance their work-life balance across 12 crucial areas. This holistic approach integrates Leadership skills training, communication skills and relational leadership techniques to promote the reciprocal relationship between personal and professional growth. During the coaching process, clients will work through a structured coaching process delving into the various aspects of a healthy professional life experience.

    Group Sessions

    Group coaching provides a collaborative environment where participants engage in shared experiential learning experiences, all conducted online. Rooted in therapeutic group processing principles, such as collective problem solving, benefitting from the leverage of multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback, these sessions use experiential techniques like guided discussions, reflective assignments, activities, and teamwork exercises. Whether in a personal or professional context, group coaching encourages participants to learn from one another’s experiences, gain insights into their own behavior, and develop shared solutions. The sessions can be structured around specific topics like stress management, leadership development, or mindfulness practices.

    Organizational coaching is designed for teams and leaders aiming to foster collaboration, improve team dynamics, and drive organizational change. Through online sessions, this coaching method incorporates clinically informed models such as systems thinking, paired with experiential learning exercises and skills based coaching that simulate real-world challenges. Teams are encouraged to engage in activities like scenario-based reflection exercises, processing real world scenarios, group coaching activities that promote better communication, creative problem-solving, and leadership development within the organization.
